Every professional has a dominant working style – a characteristic way of analyzing situations, communicating ideas, and approaching decisions. Understanding these styles helps us improve collaboration, manage conversations more effectively, and adapt to different personalities and situations.
This training introduces participants to the four primary working styles, based on the Merrill–Wilson model:
- Analytical – focused on facts, structure, and detail
- Driving (Assertive) – focused on results, action, and efficiency
- Amiable – focused on relationships, trust, and cooperation
- Expressive – energetic, visionary, and idea-oriented
Participants will learn how to identify their own working style, understand its strengths and limitations, and develop the ability to adapt their communication and behavior depending on the people and the situation.
Key Topics
During the training participants will:
- explore the four main working styles in communication
- understand the strengths and challenges of each style
- analyze how personal style influences communication, decision-making, and teamwork
- develop self-awareness and behavioral flexibility
- learn how to recognize the working styles of others and adapt accordingly
